You can use the promo code signing in the normal way rather than using the vip link.

I thought you had to log in via the https://www.next.co.uk/vip link though rather than the "normal" way to enter in to your VIP slot or is this just a rouse put out their by next so ppl don't use free delivery codes?

Ive been trying, its letting me sign in but still counting down to my time slot where as before your right its gone straight to the sale, I still keep trying every min though just incase lol
