Bought living room furniture £350 in total, and lots of clothes including designer maxi dresses - all at 50% off. :j

The site was slow to start with - but you just have to stay with it and you will make it to check out in the end.

Just remember its not yours just because its in your basket - only check out gets you the item.

I just got an email inviting me to the VIP sale. Only slot was tomorrow. I know from this forum that the sale started yesterday and can't understand why they didn't send before? I phoned up and the chap gave me aload of chat about people were being allocated slots and they were only sending out emails the day before. but i see some people have got 2 slots. In all honesty everything I would want is already gone.

Hi, has anyone else put items in your basket, gone to check out (items in stock), got e-mail saying what items you have ordered and then gone to your account (recent activity) to find some of the items are missing?

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes for my daughters (similar shoes, different sizes), got conformation in an e-mail saying expected delivery time 3-5 days but the shoes are not showing on my account. There may be other items missing too but i ordered so much that i havn't got around to checking it all yet. The shoes were the main (most expensive) items that i wanted. I have e-mailed next but i guess i will have to wait a while for a reply.

I got everything I wanted but also some of mine in in my accoutn at the full price, customer service has said that they will reduce once i accept order. Once i check account and items on I had to call again and di it all and one go yet I had FOUR yes FOUR sets of charges for delivery... how cheeky!!!

good job in my name though have ordered a fortune OH will not be impressed when it arrives ha!! Although did order him a few things to take the sting out of it :)

I had a slot at 7pm last night but lost a lot of time because I was trying to log in, it was soooooooo slow!!

I only did this because it said in my account that I had to re-sign in to get the sale prices, but did I really need to do this or could I have logged in earlier and just waited until 7pm then gone to Quickshop??
