Are there nuisance factors?

I’m interested in Bishop’s Field development in Maidstone, any suggestions? Those houses look amazing on ads. video and photos, but what about real life?

On the map they are listed as Postley Road, Maidstone which I think is in Tovil. Tovil is very near Maidstone centre. Unfortunately this area is not considered a brilliant one locally although, like everywhere, I am sure some areas are better than others.

Well I am not an expert but I do have a friend who lives in Tovil and she says care does need to be taken if considering buying a property in Tovil. I understand some areas do have high incidence of drugs and crime but to be fair I suspect many areas do. However in all honesty it is not an area in which I would choose to live. The Council are trying to regenerate areas of Maidstone Centre which has become quite rundown sadly. It might be an idea to look at crime statistics in Tovil. I think I have seen links to websites for crime statistics so hopefully someone can provide these.

And I wouldn't really want to buy a house in Tovil without finding out what the council's plans are for the area.

I know someone that moved away from their a couple of years ago because they hated it so much. Someone set fire to a car and then pushed it down their (sloped) driveway so it it their house. All because they look a bit different. Nice.
