    Thanks for getting back so quick carlys, I'm confused with the way its been broken down on the invoice.

    My total sales for the campaign were £124.95 once I total it all up.

    On the invoice it says, Campaign 11 oders with Discount £109.45 Products with no discout £3.79

    Should these figures add up to £124.95 ?????

    I ordered 2 pedometers for a lady which were not available so that was £12, I have assumed that these have not been added to the invoice yet, would that be correct ?? so... (bear with me:mad:) 109.45 + 3.79 +12.00 would = £125.24

    I know this is my first invoice and I have a £7.50 admin fee as well as 0.99p for bags and 0.55 for a c13 brochure (£1.54 which were part of the no discount items)

    I've been thumping away on a calculator for the last hour but can't seem to get anything to blalnce no matter how much i add and subtract the figures.

    I feel a bit daft :(

    Hmm just had a think but cannot figure it out either!! Does it tell you how much you earn etc?

    Hi, my discount is £21.89, I guess this is how much I earned???
    The bottom line of my invoice says
    Avon price Your cost Your discount
    Campaign 11 order total £120.74 £98.85 £21.89

    I am just confused that the total on my order forms from customers is £124.95. The £120.74 includes my £7.50 admin fee too, as stated before!!! I checked the book and all the prices are correct on the order forms compared to the books, so I did not make a mistake on the order. :o

    Aaaargggghhhhhhhhh help! Have just spent three hours inputting order and pressed submit, went into lounge and saw another order sitting on the settee! Tried to call Avon but office closed. Automated message said I could add it through fast track but i was concerned this would be an additional order and I wouldn't get commission and would have to pay delivery. Is this correct? Any ideas how I can add this to the order I have just submitted only 10 mins ago? All help gratefully received, am panicking somewhat! :eek: xxx

    Hi MissyTheCat, hopefully Avon have not started processing your order yet, so call Fast Track and add it to your original order. Fingers crossed it doesn't get charged as an additional order. If it shows up as additional, email Avon and tell them you called Fast Track and thought it would be added to your original order. They maybe nice enough to add it and waive the additional fee.

    Have you checked your orders to ensure that someone hasn't asked for 2 of something or more and you have only put 1 of the item?

    Also, did you backorder any items? ie use C10 to order them? As this might explain the cheaper price?

    Alternatively, do you want to listen the order numbers and the quantities and we can check if we get same figure as you? Might just be system glitch.

    Which Treasure beads did you get? Did you get the set of 3? I bought the snake bracelet and the set of 3 beads. The bracelet is nice but the tube bead from the bead set is awful!!! I have asked for a replacement so I can check if it was just a one off bad bead or if they are all like that!!! I love the little green bead though and the white one with pink dots on is nice (although darker than the image in the brochures). I am going to order some of the alphabet beads in HT14 and am hoping they are good quality as have a few friends interested. Has anyone had the alphabet beads through? What do you think? xxx

    Hiya this happened to me at the begining of the week!!!!! i called fast track and spoke to somone and they managed to get it on but did say they could not garantee it would be on the same delivery but 2 days later when i could see the invoice on line the product were all there :j Made me feel really sick tho at the time!!! will keep everything crossed for you that they are in a kind mood!!! x

    Morning everyone, what a glorious day. Thanks for the advice re fasttrack aureol, I have done it this morning so fingers crossed. Was just wondering something - I put a few credits through yesterday as I was a bit short of money for paying my invoice. However I would like to try and sell the stuff I have put through as a credit at my Avon stall next week. What will happen if I don't give the items to the courier on Thurs - is this something I could do? Thanks in advance x

    Yeah you can sell things after you've put them through for return...all that'll happen is in 60 days you'll be recharged for them when they aren't received back.
