£4350 in 07/08 and £4500 in 08/09 - I understand this is in earnings at or above LEL and not total earnings?

Can you also tell me what is a split into conditions 1st (25 LEL) and2nd (50 LEL) about/for?

I understand that both conditions need to be met for both years?

    Hi,
    I am on CB-JSA.
I am going to IOW to attend a course for 3 days and my sign in is on 22nd july, the day I need to sign.

Would this course, which I arranged myself be considered or I'd be taken off and need to reclaim?
    Thanks

    Hi!

I've just relocated therefore ceased working for previous employer and would like to go on contribution-based JSA until I find a new job (I'm not entitled to income-based JSA).

Are you saying that you resigned from your job because you wanted to live somewhere else ? Because if so, I'm not sure that you will be eligible for JSA immediately anyhow, regardless whether you have the correct NI contributions or not (I'm no expert though)
