Emailed to cancel order but still sent the goods and charged

Under the DSR the customer must be given the chance to review and reject the goods as you would have in a store.
For this reason, you can notify of your intent to cancel within 7 working days and receive a FULL refund of any monies paid without financial penalty (meaning they have to refund delivery charges and cannot charge a restocking fee).
They CAN request you pay for the return postage but only if this is provided prior to a contract being formed and must also be provided in a durable form asap (in writing basically).
Of course if the goods you are ordering are not covered by the DSR, then they do not have to adhere to the DSR - obviously.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
