Well I managed to spend £9 on getting the papers as I had to get Coke for hubby and I saw 2 pregnancy mags with great freebies so I bought them both. That's it for me now- no spend day badly needed tomorrow- which is ok, I've got the papers and 2 new magazines to entertain myself!

£10 in tesco on loo rolls, juice, milk, bread & shampoo going to try and meal plan tonight and will do "big shop" :rotfl: tomorrow evening. Staying in for rest of day so not spending anything else.
    Good things:
    1) my brother gave me some money last night for babysitting and after a 10 minute dispute cos I wouldnt accept it, I relented & it's paid my Mum what I owed her (easy come, easy go!)
    2) went shopping for intention of buying jeans and talked myself out of it in the changing rooms!! "saving" myself £20! :j
Married my wonderful husband February 2013!:happyhear
I want to wear my beautiful wedding dress everyday- it would make shopping so much more fun, I mean, people go shopping in their pyjamas these days.......
    Must STOP spending!!! :)

  • woke this morning to find bedroom curtains blowing to ceiling due to wind outside (need to add here that I sleep with windows open, even my old windows aren't THAT draughty). Decided to get up and tackle mountain of washing that has been multiplying due to recent wet weather to take advantage of the free drying outside. Have so far done SIX loads with 4 to go. The weather has stayed fine and windy so most of it is dry too :j
Hence, and I know it took a long time to get to the point, a NO SPEND DAY!
However, before I get too smug, trouble is brewing as the car has an oil leak  .............
