Tax on bringing back ipad/iphone from USA?

Good point, forgot that. Plan on buying a 2 year AT&T contract with the Iphone of any sort. The 3GS and the 4 both are not on PAYG yet in the US
Plans start at $40 a month for 2 years...
unless it is a wifi model will the ipad also be locked to at&t aswell or are the 3g models available sim free?0 -
Thanks for your responses everyone and advice. I guess it might not be so much cheaper now. I wish I was going myself! I can't claim for the iPhone on my house insurance as it wasn't covered (I am double checking this tomorrow as I had to give the IMEI number of my old Nokia when I took out the policy). Thanks again all.0
