Install sky dish on balcony handrails

I have taken up the task of installing sky dish onto the balcony handrails. I saw one of the nearby apartments having a similar setup. I took a picture of it and here is how it looks. I will have to do a similar setup. I dont understand few components required, which is pointed out in the image. It will be great if anyone can tell me what they are called so that I can google it and buy it.

A trip to a local scaffolder's yard could be useful. When I installed my satellite system I got the pole and clamps for free and I was shown how to fix them.

You'll need a steel pole about 4ft long & 2 shelly clamps.Use the two shelly clamps to attatch the pole to the railings & mount the dish onto the pole.

I just realised that I have a sky dish which is meant to be mounted on wall. I am not sure how I can mount this dish to a pole. Any ideas??

U bolts are for Pole to wall bracket neither will go through a mini dish bracket holes.
