Thanks Sharon! I must seem more composed than I actually am then - I'm probably more nervous than you both were cos I'm rubbish at meeting new people and knowing what to say.

Sharron - we're off to egypt, we went around the same time last year, I'd been before but OH hadn't and he loved it so much he wants to go back this year. Won't be bothering too much with outfits shots, it's so hot there I just wear as little as possible all the time, evenat night I just throw on a dress to cover up.
Char - I would do the same, sold as seen, if he thought they were in poor condition when he picked them up he had the choice to speak up or not buy them. Be clear but polite and you should be alright
More rain here today, been for my power walk at the gym this morning, it overlooks the mersey and it was all grey and misty, looked beautiful though. Today I'm wearing (when I've showered and dressed) black trousers, blue and white wrap over striped shirt (£1 yesterdays carboot), red patent pumps (50p also yesterdays carboot), 80's navy jacket (50p carboot few weeks ago) and red and blue silk scarf (25p carboot few weeks ago)
back to work today ah well got to fund the shopping somehow
have a good day all xx*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!NSD Jan 2/150 -

Rain, rain, rain. And I still have very few pairs of suitable shoes so it's the boots again!
Black cowboy boots - Evans
Black leggings - DP
Grey long sleeved top - DP
Black sleeveless sweater dress - Primark
What a blah outfit. Nothing is ironed though so I didn't have much to choose from.0 -

thanks queen, yeah i emailed him back this morning, to say that as the item was collected, he was clearly in a position to check it before paying for it, which he did, and said he was happy with it at the time..now he's waited 10days, toi decided it's faulty. it wasn't. i imagine what has happened is he's found it's not the correct part or something.0 -

Ooh I dunno about that, only when I'm with friends.
I've decided I look a bit like a principal boy in the dress and boots, but I quite like it0 -
Afternoon all, hope you all had good weekends, I had the best time at the Prodigy gig - dance non-stop all afternoon and evening, suffered for it a bit on Sunday, I'm not as young as I used to be!
Me today:
Turquoise Sundress (American Apparel)
Teal sash belt (American Apparel via ebay)
Long cream arran cardigan (ebay)
Tooled morrocan handbag (now defuncted shop at Ipswich Station)
tan gladiators ( New Look)
Today's 'style' news is the pack of deep red Live Colour hair dye I have bought from Boots, hoping it will give my dark locks a bit of warmth and depth, I'm a little nervous though:beer:0 -
My sister has gone home now
but we did have a fabulous weekend so I shant be too sad.
The look I'm currently rocking is yoga pants and a tinkerbell jumper as I got soaked on the way home from the train station.0
