Beautiful dress but I don't like the sound of the double bow cut out detail on the back. I wish shops would stop arsing round with impractical cut outs that show your bra off.

Agreed, there are some gorgeous dresses out there but the backs are completely impractical!

I've never tried humous. Someone told me it tasted like guacomole and I can't stand that stuff 'shudder'. Might need to try it though, afterall I am trying to be healthy atm (not a diet as I'm happyish with my weight but I'm sick of feeling rundown and having horrible skin IYKWIM?) I think my diet is playing a big part in that!

Added a pair of tights under my leggings 'cos I'm a wimp and its cold. Will need to hunt out my winter coat for when I go to work as its teaming down outside!

Nooo it's nothing like guacamole...I hate that, don't mess with avacado!

Hummus is chickpeas and tahini, blended together with whatever you want, spices, roasted peppers etc :)

    Afternoon all!

    What a shockingly horrible day.

Last night's jumble was epic, I came back with 5 bin bags crammed to the max, I've just come back from town laiden with more stuff only to take delivery of a parcel crammed with vintage loveliness from a fabulous Assie blogger.

This afternoon's going to be spent wrapping parcels and photographing some of my stash ready for selling as I'm rapidly running out of space.

    Today's outfit:
Navy blue dress pants revamped into shorts (Charity shop)
1960's navy Courtelle back fastening blouse with a high neck and balloon sleeves (Jumble sale)
    Grey opaques
Black platform ankle boots with roll down cuffs (Miss Selfridge sale)
    Silver bangles, rings and earrings
Red tartan blouson jacket with puddycat bow (Jumble sale)

I am in the bar at Brussels airport My mate was at Charleroi airport waiting for me (got his wires crossed) so I have about an hour to kill. Not raining here but cloudy and grey. I am staying at his tonight then we pick up one more person and go to a seminar and workshop at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. I got a good deal on a hotel their so we are saying over their after to go out with the other people from the workshops.

I have blue chinos, red chequered shirt, cream linen unstructured blazer/jacket, brown braided belt and brown chukka boots on. I do have a big coat with me and I am glad I think the linen was a bit ambitious tbh.

Or you can use butter beans or broad beans (ful medammes), my gf wont eat white chick peas but loves butter bean hummus mixed with chopped fresh coriander.
