    paha, thanks alex!

Mia, I do agree that whilst i;m a great lover of all things primark, i think there are times when I have to sift through all sorts of rubbihs, and things i'd never wear, before finding anything lovely..the bargains can totally be worth it though!

Ooh Mia, I didn't notice your post. I'm heading to Primark at the weekend in search of more jersey maxi skirts. Definitely going first thing though as it's carnage at the weekends.

I also need dull plain stuff like shirts and some trousers, so am taking mum with me cos she has a good eye for that kind of thing. I think I tend to tune it out in favour of patterned stuff.
  • i always do that - totally favour prints over plains, and then end up with things which don't go :(
  • Wearing matching shoes today, black brogues. grey suit, black shirt red and gold floral tie, red socks, red knitted waistcoat (freezing here - halfwit staff member who was on lates on Thursday turned of the heating and the office has been shut from then until today).

  • Hello guys. PF I LOVE the wrestler boots. I want a mexican wrestler mask (as a decoration, rather than to wear) desperately.

I officially have laryngitis (sp?) so I am officially off sick, today's stylish outfit is one of the Aussie's t shirts and grey tracky bums. Being ill and having an empty flat is giving me some crafty time though. On Sunday I made a sock monkey and yesterday evening I made one of these http://bleubirdvintage.typepad.com/blog/2009/12/diy-pom-pom-necklace-scarf.html

Today I am teaching myself how to crochet between snoozes, so it's not all bad at all.

Hope you are all okay x

Rainy, I think I have one! Let me rummage tonight...

ETA - I'm so going to have a go at the pom pom necklace! I had no idea it was that easy to make them - I've only ever done it the long winded way by wrapping wool round a cardboard shape.
  • oh i love it, rainy!! i didn't realise there was an easier way to make them either, but i used to love making pom poms!

i've found a knitting group nearby, on wed eve's, which i'm trying to muster up the courage to go to :D
