Unlimted data/internet on mobile?
Options
Does anyone know of a plan/provider in UK (Monthly, PayasGo, or Sim) that still allows one to have unlimited internet or data on a mobile phone.
Only interested in true unlimited not an unlimited (with fair use policy). have spent last couple of days looking but couldnt find one.
Any help or suggestions appreciated.
Thanks,
Steve

Thanks for the link ... unfortunately their website states theryre also about to cap their mobiile internet offering:
Free Mobile Internet:
You lucky giffgaff pioneers can even enjoy free UK mobile Internet up to the end of June 2010. After that date, mobile Internet will be charged at 50p a day (if you use less than 2.5MB/day you'll pay less than 50p and if you go over 30MB you'll be charged extra at 20p/MB).

ie., Go over 900MB and you pay 20p/MB0 -
No network is going to give true unlimited without a fair use policy, that route would lead to abuse.0

giffgaff is unlimited if you purchase a "goodybag".
Is unlimited really unlimited?
The answer is yes, we are unlimited for personal mobile use - but not for commercial and automated use. Mobile Internet allowances exclude PC use and tethering.0 -
giffgaff have no fup (when you purchase a £10 or above goodybag) I'm using them and they're very good.
pm me if you want a free sim0 -

Yes that is correct if on the normal PAYG tariff, but if you purchase a goodybag then its unlimited. Go and check the giffgaff forum.
Also the unlimted data for standard PAYG users has been extended, http://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Blog/bg-p/giffgaff0 -

is it compulsory to reload 10 pounds per month in order to get unlimited web usage?Another night of thankfulness.0
-
No worries steve257
Well if you dont load £10 every month and purchase a goodbag, you will still get unlimited web (FUP 100MB per day) as they have extended there free internet offer. http://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Blog/bg-p/giffgaff
But obviously if you dont top up a tenner and purchase a goodbag, you wont have any free mins or text.0
