Natwest Bank Charges Please Help...

Hello, I wondered if anyone could help I've been charged an account fee of 28.00 for going overdrawn-the reason I went overdrawn was because Natwest took out 28.00 for me going overdrawn the previous month.I really don't think it seems fair that they are charging me for there charges!Has anyone had any experience of…
