Weegie, I wish I could tell you!
I just can't get anything out of them, they drive me crazy.
I don't know about a rep for Quidco, perhaps someone could put me in touch.......still looking for their postal address
You still haven't answered the question-what does it say in your Quidco account? Has it tracked, has it validated? If not then it's hardly the fault of Quidco. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
So you won't be tempted to buy something a bit more expensive through them for a potential £80-100 cashback? What about false advertising and customer misleading?
It relies on basic technical expertise of the user having cookies enables so it is possible for their purchase to track, clearing cookies immediately before the purchase so it doesn;t track to a stray referral cookie from someone else you may already have. Plus you not having any unusual virus on your PC that might interfere with tracking.
Quidco can't be held responsible for deficient users, hence they are not 'guranteed' but if your PC is in good order there is no reason for it not to work 99.9% of the time :A0 -
when i signed up to quidco, im sure they ran a quick online test for cookies so really, they do everything they can. good response on logged in querys too.Target Savings by end 2009: 20,000

No, I wouldn't be. You said the important word there, "potential".
It's not false advertising, because quidco are very up front about what can go wrong. If people can't be bothered reading the info quidco provide...They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it0 -
Making a decision about which insurance etc to take because of CB is a gamble - most of the time it works - sometimes it doesn't. No big deal, I've still made nearly a £1000 from CB but I always accept that it's never guaranteed. Quidco are under no obligation to pass the money on to you (sounds like the merchant hasn't paid anyway)0

I waited over 8 months to get my coop insurance CB of 70 quid from quidco, it should have been 75 though, perhaps the 5 pounds difference was their fee,"Imagination is more Important than knowledge"0

over a few years, I've had ~750 paid and ~15 declined. only ever had to raise one enquiry, which Quidco sorted and I got paid the next month.
and the 15 declined was validly declined (e.g. cashback on first order but used the link more than once as tend to autopilot via quidco)
