Quidco just won't pay me!

I bought home contents insurance in August of last year through Quidco which should have given me £80 cashback.

Since then, despite numerous e mails, I'm no nearer to receiving the money.

Does anyone know of their postal address as I wish to contact their MD, I think anything I send by E mail is not getting to him

I would be grateful for any advice

It might not be anything to do with Quidco. Did it track? Did it verify? Did Quidco ever receive the money from the insurance company?

Most of my questions could be answered by checking your quidco account.

I find Quidco excellent in answering queries. Log on to your Quidco account and submit an enquiry. You should get a reply within 24 hours.

OP, look at the FAQ's on Quidco, this can often answer your question. Don't give up, Quidco are very fair (imo)

Of course quidco wont pay you if they haven't yet got them money from the merchant. It would be insane of them to just give you £80 because it has (tracked) through there site.

I got paid £40 today for dog insurance i took out in march ;)

But surely they have some obligation as someone is using them to buy the stuff. As they are getting revenue from merchants (for advertising the merchant's services), then they should take some responsibility in retrieving these payments from these merchants or otherwise stop listing them. I bought some insurance from AA through quidco for the cashback which was not the cheapest on the market but AA refused to pay and quidco just couldn't get the money despite admitting that my purchase was genuine. Now who is at fault there? i:mad:
Do I want it? ......Do I need it? ......What would happen if I don't buy it??????

You for assuming quidco is guaranteed.
