Ive placed 4 orders so far with zooplus.co.uk in the past year - all no less that £40 and I've been charged shipping with every order and I live on the outskirts of Glasgow! :mad:
Ive emailed them countless times and each time they've hit me with that highlands, islands and channel islands reply - I think they are based in Germany - Ive tried to explain where I live but they wont have it Ive asked them to explain why my friend who lives 10 minutes away gets free delivery and I dont?! (We both order the same cat litter in bulk) - still no explanation - just that stupid highlands, islands and channel islands reply.

Ive since discovered that my mum who also lives about 10 mins away gets free shipping to her postcode...so the next order will be going there - unless anyone knows any other sites that sell Golden Grey cat litter

Mind you though the delivery costs must be subsidised to a degree. They ship from Germany don't they?
