Please make sure you write for the photos now!
Always keep in mind the timescale for returning the NIP naming the driver, some forces will send a reminder but not all so it's best not to let it run over time allowed.Always try to be at least half the person your dog thinks you are!0 -
I am not sure if I am missing something but it seems the OP's husband has some very serious charges against him, not just a red light issue.
I think you really need to speak to your husband to find out what happened. It sounds more like a cop was watching him.0 -

He hasn't actually been charged with anything yet as they don't know who was driving!Always try to be at least half the person your dog thinks you are!0 -
For it to stick, I hear/read somewhere that it had to be the word of two Police Officers who actually witnessed the incident?0
-
But if they witnessed surely they would have stopped him?Aim - BUYING A HOUSE :eek: by November 2013!Saved = 100% on 03/07/12 :j0

One would have thought so - it would be unusual for 'em to let him just carry on (they might miss an opportunity to clear up some more 'crimes' like a bulb out, etc)
Who knows until you get the answer from the police?0 -
My boyfriend (still my bf not my husband yet
) has been emailing me and literally cannot remember, though he says he would remember. I would back this up, he is a safe driver and usually drives too slow rather than too fast!
This is what he said about thinking back to that day;
1: There aren't any traffic light cameras there:
2: I vaguely remember ***annoying*** someone off round about there, maybe driving too slow for them??
I'm really worried he is going to loose his licence, were planning to move next month and i dunno weather just to move closer to his work for safety.Aim - BUYING A HOUSE :eek: by November 2013!Saved = 100% on 03/07/12 :j0 -

What kind of turn around is it? If we post it tomorrow probably best phoning in a week i guess and seeing what they are doing and if it got there.Aim - BUYING A HOUSE :eek: by November 2013!Saved = 100% on 03/07/12 :j0 -
Sorry m'dear but I don't know. I've never been in your particular situation. One would hope they're quick (as they're very quick to set time limits), but I'm guessing.0
