I merged a few clips together with Flipshare but it was saved as WMV, the original mp4 was about 15mb, the wmv is 481Mb. I would prefer to save the file in the original mp4 for easier uploading to youtube etc.

It may come down again, keep an eye on it.
  • Hey, the price has went up to £129.99 now
However if you phone them and tell them that the price was £10 a couple of days ago, they will adjust the order for you once you place it.
I've ended up paying £69 for mine. Saved 99p =] haha

Yours is an ultra (SD) 4GB
only the HD versions (8GB) come with rechargeable battery packs.

The batteries are listed on the Amazon page, about half way down.

As spinynorman mentions, there is no backup of the software on cd, so it may be best to make your own backup the first time you connect it to your PC, as it is seen as just another drive, like a memory stick. That way if you do "delete all" no problem.

Very happy with the camera and it's quality. Well worth the £70.

The one problem I have had is that it wont charge with any of the mains USB chargers I have, but it charges perfectly from my laptop

I don't know whether this is a voltage issue or something else, it just makes things a bit harder if I go on holiday.

Had problems wiht mine, red light flashing when it should be charging. Found it much bulkier than my camera so I am sending it back and will save for a panasonic camera that can video too.
