Snapfish free prints - or should that be crapfish?!

I'd say give them a chance - i've used snapfish before and they were very good, unfortunatly as said they slightly underestimated how many people would sign up for 40 free I've spoken to their staff a couple times on the phone and they were more than helpful. Please just give it a chance everyone, maybe give it a day or two extra on top of what the auto emails say (or ring the branch and check). It should all sort out within the next couple of weeks.

Above all, don't shout at the Jessops staff. We have absolutely no control over when they come in!

Just picked up my prints earlier today and I have to say they were very good quality - colours excellent. I had one with a fancy border (golfing!) and it went down a treat with the recipient.

I have had the same problem. Ordered prints last Tuesday and told they would be ready to collect from store on Thursday 3pm. On Friday, they still had not come in. I asked Jessops to call me when they receive them, and I am still awaiting their call.

If anyone is complaining about the free offers not turning up on time, clearly it's because they're being swamped (a lot by us I bet :rolleyes:) & simply cannot cope with the sheer volume. It's a wonder their site hasn't crashed!!

So have some patience & give them a chance guys. They are free after all, so isn't it unfair to expect 'express' service? Think about the majority of orders they do get right. We are all very quick to judge & criticise rather than praise.

However, if your paid for orders are not turning up as promised, then you may have every reason to complain.

I've ordered 3-4 times from them & overall I've been very satisfied. They did mess up one order (overcharged) but made it up to me when I complained - it may take longer than expected to sort out but they get there in the end . G

Using Snapfish?

Well, I just got 150 free prints (using The Sun's 50 free prints, plus 5 x 20 free prints via referring friends) + free p & p using the skyphoto code...

Am stoked, and so are all my friends, as they too now intend on referring it on to their friends (for their own benefit of course though!)

For 150 free prints with no p&p, I sure won't complain about them! :P

My photos arrived, and they look brilliant! Arrived 1 day after posting, and they look so great.

Am really pleased.

Mind you, I got free photobox ones today aswell (with a few duplicates to compare the two companies) and I found the photobox paper thinner, but the colour green more vibrant

I have had 4 orders of 50 from snapfish, only once had an email to say that the order had been processed and was dispatched and ready for collection, no emails from the other 3 orders but all were ready on the day that they were due to be collected
I think snapfish are great, not sure how long they can go on giving freebies away like this though
