I believe Mike usually has a hamster running round its wheel and if everything is plunged into darkness it means he's shoving sunflower seeds through the cage bars.

Was thinking of you all today. The sun is shining and I had my yellow screwdriver out putting the door back on after we'd got a desk in the house for the new lodger.

Nope, I'm still around, feeling better generally, havin' a Bud and so on.

My mum died last month so that was sad, but not unexpected. Takes a while to sort things out.

Just trying to remember what I used to do at work, and when I remember, hope to give it a try again. It's been a while...

Right. Carry on. I hope good things are happening to you lot for a change. Always here for my girls.

Sorry to hear about your mum Mike, sometimes it's a welcome a release though.

Glad you are thinking about work again...good to dust the cobwebs away and get the brain whirring again, especially at this time of year, all very spring-like.

Lurgy central here atm, so doing very little today. Poor DS2 managed to lose 6kg since Sunday!! That's nearly a stone!! Don't recommend throwing up all day as a regular weight-loss technique though !!

Nothing worse than having all the family down with something nasty... I hope you feel better soon. Funny how mummies usually don't get these things.

    Isn't 'Tewkesbury' a lovely name?

    Sorry, drifted off there...

You're right, I'm the only one not been "chucking up" yet...though I don't half feel rubbish!!

...and yes, Tewkesbury is a lovely name...quite a nice place too, except when it gets flooded!! :o
