That sounds like even more hassle

Actually it is easier to call payg cs from the contract phone. Call 100 and ask to be transferred to pay-as-you-go customer services, which will be the ordinary one; if the query is about payg online, they will transfer you again
  • You can't dial 100 from an o2 online contract. You have to dial 0870 600 3009 which is 50p a minute and doesn't come out of free minutes.
  • These easiest way is to call 4444 the top up line and when it asks you to enter your credit card number to top up just press nothing. It'll eventualy transfer you to customer care.

    Works everytime

Customer Service can tell you are calling from the top up line and shouldn't be. Just most are too soft to tell you to redial!
