Need to find auction sale price on ridiculously priced house

Hello
I have seen a house in the local paper and cannot quite believe the price - link here: https://www.chalmersbath.com/propertydetails.aspx?propid=ACS0046&locx=36670&locy=16400&place=marksbury&sale=s&distance
£475,00 for a two bed barn conversion:eek: I have driven past this building whilst it was being converted on a weekly basis and knowing its location and having looked at the photos I think the sellers are having a laugh!
I vaguely remember this being advertised for sale by auction last year with, I think, a guide price of £30,000 and am now intrigued to find out what was actually paid for it. I have looked on net house prices but can't find it - it was formerly a nursery called Nursery Times.
Anyway, me being my nosy self, and knowing how everyone on here loves to find out this sort of stuff I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a site where I could find out its sale price.
Thanks in advance.

I had an irrational clients recently that insisted sellers prices were too high and demanded large reductions, yet he could not sell his own as he over priced it (got no viewers). Folk are so quaint and irrational. No disrespect OP, but I'd bet your'e one to over value your own home / car - I can just tell..........0

Ask the auction house?0

Try the Land registry - but often auction sale prices are excluded, hence the web sites showing sold prices (which all come from the LR) won't show it.0

Price seems about right for the area and build quality. Unless you have a simliar property and its been valued a lot less.........0

Doesn't really matter (what they paid for it) IF they can get it.... Very big IF, but the Bath area is a very odd area and I believe that the developer is speculating.
I don't know the property Market in that village, but am very familiar with Bath (leaving here and scouring the Market for a few years...). I think that it would be better marketed at around £250k and looking to accept offers below that.... If I had a £475k budget, then I would just laugh at this property....
I strongly imagine that you will it withdrawn from the Market within 3 months and reappear at a more logical price a few weeks after that. Am surprised that the EA agreed to Market it at that...

Auction houses sometimes have results on their site. You could be nosey and ring and ask if they don't.0

With one exception (which was originally marketed as a 3 bed), Rightmove lists all the other detached two beds in that area (3 mile radius) at under £280k.
Maybe it's just me but that barn conversion is one ugly house and has a tiny garden, seems massively overpriced to me.Every generation blames the one before...
