Many bureau de changes will probably change your money for you, however I would expect them to use a different exchange rate than this (to their favour of course)

Hi does anyone know where I can exchange 20000 cedis into British pounds Not sure ow much exactly as it was a gift. From family. the travel agents can't do it I also went to my bank no luck

Try Thomas Exchaange, their oxford circus office converts currencies such as CFA Francs, Nigerian Naira so I am sure they will also exchange Ghana Cedi!
