Iam going to Zakinthos in July should I get all my euros in the uk or when I get to Greece:rotfl:

I bought mine on Thursday in the uk from Cheque centre,got 1.18 which was the highest by far I could find that day.I ve no idea if its better over there,thats a risk im not willing to take.

Depends where in the UK you are. If you are in London there are a few small bureaux offering better rates than the one currently generally available in Greece (which is about 1.196 today.)

The normal high street retailers in the UK are offering far worse rates than this and if you won't be able to order it in from one of these bureaux I would advise changing in Greece.

Another factor is what will happen with the rate before you go. I would predict that the £ will continue strengthen against the Euro in the short term, giving you better value the longer you wait to change money.

€1.235 today, yesterday at a ATM machine my brother in Greece got €1.205 ! on his nationwide card.
