Having read the eBay ad in the OP's post, I think it means used daily before the Tax and MOT ran out!
But on a same note, I've seen cars on eBay locally on an auction listing with "car advertised elsewhere so reserve the right to remove at anytime" in the description only to then have a question and answer listed under it from someone being refused a buy-it-now price because the seller wants the auction to run!! :rotfl:0 -
