Having a read of the description it says...
no M.O.T, no tax

Yet goes on to say...
used daily

also, they have their reg number on show in the piccie, so anyone could report them to the DVLA. Lol...

    You can report those under 'report item' > eBay Motors or vehicle related > breach of listing policy > More than one active listing for the same vehicle.

    Noted that the OP is a motor dealer is trawling eBay for MOT failures ;-)
