    As I am a Travel Agent I can give you some advice here, the law is that if your flight is changed by 6 hours or more than you are entitled to cancel your booking free of charge and receive a FULL refund. However the holiday company will usually do whatever they can to avoid this, especially the bigger companies. You can ring Trading Standards who will confirm this and you can have them investigated if they do not play ball. The same goes for booking a flight only, if your flight is delayed by 6 hours or more you are entitled to free refreshments, although this is usually stated on flight tickets.

    I note that Aldi travel are no longer trading, obviously they did not do very well.
