do sygma decline a credit card application outright?

How do you mean outright? All lenders can decline applications.

If you mean, when you apply do you get declined without going through to an underwriter, then the answer is yes. You can get automated declines.

If you are expected to get declined cos your credit file is trashed, then its likely you will be declined. Sygma Bank is not a sub prime lender!!

Thats perhaps because they are cautious about lending to people with near perfect credit histories perhaps? Don't forgot Izools got 5K CL with flybe.
