I was not 'speaking crap', I was going on my own personal experience. I know full well that they did not search me - who are you to dispute what I know what happened in my circumstance?

Ok, the bank use a live monthly insight feed from Experian which determines your internal behaviour score, ergo you WERE scored as I said you were. The way you came in saying "I wasn't" is wrong, so I corrected you - cos you WERE scored and searched, as explained - it is an integral part of their behaviour score process.

Stop taking things so personal, if you post incorrect things then expect to be corrected - no need to start acting all high and mighty, cos the end result remains - you were searched, just not the same as a direct search!
