Some people do not intake advice unless it is very blunt, even if this means that it sometimes come across as rude.
Bills do not automatically go to debt recovery, they will have had a number of months to pay it off, yet they haven't. It has been 7 weeks since moving out, thus giving final readings and recieving a bill a few days later. Do you not think 7 weeks is a long time to hide a debt away without paying?
If people are struggling to make payments, they should do a Statement of Affairs (http://www.makesenseofcards.com/soacalc.html) and post it http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=76BargainGalore wrote: »My advice is if you dont like it tough get real
