    btw in case anyone is interested i express my milk to donate to the local milk bank so it can be used for the special care babies - they are always looking for donars so if you know anyone who is breastfeeding a small baby could you suggest it:?: as the health professionals never seem to think to mention it......

    I did this after having DD, it was only because I read it in a newspaper article that I'd even heard of it. The tiny containers it goes into are a pain, but its a fantastic thing to do if you are able. I ended up expressing over 40 litres for them.
    WW Start Weight 18/04/12 = 19st 11lbs
    Weight today = 17st 6.5lbs
    Loss to date 32.5lbs!!!
