How do you insure your iPhone?

Orange want £12 a month which seems very high, The best I can find so far is adding it to my home insurance which costs £40 a year but not exactly sure what that would cover, and after reading through terms of some of the mobile insurance companies they do not cover iPhones for loss, so if you went out one night and lost your phone your fooked, I have never been mugged before just lost a couple of phones so this type of cover seems pointless
