(Dont want her to do this again)
lindos90 - yes 1'm sure she left me feedback because when i last looked feedback no had gone down & then she sentme a message & then left neg feedback- I looked at her feedback for others & she had put something similar to the rest!
(Im quite new to ebay so i check my fedback every day so im sure she changed it!)0 -
adisciple - Did you see the photo of the dress on my listing - It did not look like a rag? Did it - I'm starting to doubt myself now but know it was pretty immaculate!0

She already gave me postive - "Saying credit to ebay" then changed it to a negative!!
I dont know but think she must have won so can wear for a do today then ask for a refund - so she gets a free outfit - I dont know but does that happen??
I didn't know buyers could change their feedback left for sellers if they wanted to. Is this a new thing?0 -
Why on earth would you offer a refund to someone who's already left a neg? It's not like you have to try and keep them sweet! As soon as someone's left a neg they get the bare minimum from me.:j30/7/10:j

I agree with Durham_girl. As she has already changed her positive to a negative I doubt very much she will change it back again.
You could try a calm reply to her feedback along the lines of: Sorry you were disappointed. I would have been able to help you had you contacted me.
If I saw this it wouldnt put me off buying from you. If you are a low feedback seller, I would try selling a lot of things very quickly to boost up your DSR's.0 -
Hi Thanks for advice!
I panicked a bit then sent a message saying I would refund - yes agree bit silly now - but thought at least it ebay ask I have offereed refund - But doing bare minimum now!
Emailed ebay to ask for feedback removed: but i know they will not do anything but feel should at least try as feel she got upper hand & still annoyed - but not replyed yet - think that might make matters worse.
Glad it will not put people off buying - but feel alot more hesitant now of listing anything not perfect!
Many thanks for advice from everyone X0 -

You can't change feedback from pos to neg once it's been left - quote from eBay help:
"Once you've submitted a feedback comment, you can't edit or remove it. eBay can't edit feedback. If a comment breaches our feedback abuse policy, we'll remove it."0 -
I thought that too - But sure my positive feedback went down then got negative- Maybe i'm thinking too hard - Sorry if mislead anyone but thought she had changed it X0

While the photos are still available anyone unsure of buying from you can see that the dress is pristine. Don't worry her comments make her sound odd, I like the reply from the seller of the kettle that she won & neg'd.
You've got 2 more pos after her, it really is more of a reflection on her than you.
I've also blocked her not that I sell baby clothes, kettles or, fox fur boots, but you never know.
Gorgeous frock by the way. I love little girls in that style of dress.0
