What is BKY?I am a Travel Agent My company’s ATOL/ABTA numbers are E7760/3970. MSE doesn't check my status as a Travel Agent, so you need to take my word for it. Atol numbers can be checked with the Civil Aviation Authority. This signature is here as I follow MSE's Travel Agent Code of Conduct.0

BKY = Bankruptcy... Not such a good influence am I ? :-(
Honest to god, this is the only letter I sent them, They replied with the jargon that it would be beneficial for both parties to settle now rather than us have the expense of you filing 'properly'. st letter and full result !
They cannot demand the amount back immidiatley, even if your acc is up to date, they can refund the fees... which hopefully would take a big chunk off and ask you to repay the balance at YOUR convinience.
