I'm sorry if this has been asked before, I had a quick look. I remember there being a request for a rebate for south west water customers following another year of massive profits for them .... what happened about this, can I expect something knocked off my extortionate bill?

Wouldn't have thought so as all profits are agreed at least 5 years ahead by OFWAT so that is what they would have been allowed to receive.There is a race of men that don't fit in; A race that can't stand still;
