Want to buy a PAYG handset for wife.

Want following spec;

any Camera
Wifi definite (narrows the list)
Touchscreen (preferable, and more than the LG KS360 as I've tried that model)
FM radio preferred

Beyond that not too bothered.

Want to pay under £100 so no Smartphones.

Any ideas on what to go for?

I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!
