    The objection letter reads as a long list of disjointed arguments. If the other houses and especially his direct neighbour already have a dormer conversion I would just point this out to the planners and hopfully they'll make a sensible decision.
    Some people don't exaggerate........... They just remember big!

    I am pleased to confirm that on 21st July. Fareham BC granted unconditional permission for us to proceed with our work.

    Our neighbour is not best pleased. :-)
