hi all!
my mum needs some help!
she wants to join sky and needs a final bill from virgin media but they aren't for giving her it.:(
she sent a letter recorded delivery and they sent her back an offer to reduce her arrears, a bad offer at that!:mad:
anyone got any ideas?

The account cannot be cancelled if the arrears on it.The SMS system wont allow it to be until it's showing a null balance.0

How can she expect to close the account if she hasn't paid what she owes?
Or are the arrears a mistake on the part of Virgin?0 -
