Hi Flyin'!! (and anyone reading!)
In no way am I judging you but I've noticed the closer you're getting to debt freeness, the more you seem to be spending. I was just wondering if that's the case...?
I'm only asking because since I paid off my MBNA credit card, money seems to be slipping through my fingers and I've gone back to buying silly things like bottles of Pepsi at lunchtime, more groceries than we actually need and things for the kids that they wouldn't miss if they weren't here...I'm getting a bit concerned about it!!
Although I wasn't 'in trouble' with the MBNA card, it was a big relief to pay it off and I was really happy when I sent the last payment but I seem to have gotten a bit more relaxed about spending. The money I'm spending on 'rubbish' could be going towards paying off my BOS cc :rotfl:Started PADdin' 13/04/09 paid £7486.66 - CC free 02/11/10

I did spend a lot today, but only £35 of that is going to be spent once the refund is processed. I knew I would only keep the things that I loved instead of spending for the sake of it.
I'm trying to get back into the way of being a Frugal Fresian but I have had a bad month or two0 -

Do you think it's because you've struggled for so long and the end is in sight that you're a bit more chilled out about it because you're not worrying so much anymore?
I've no idea why I keep spending either, I'm not spending loads but alot more than I use to! I'm trying to stop myself but there seems to be money everywhere I look and I keep thinking 'that's too much to have in my acount the day before payday I better spend it'...I have to have empty pockets/purse/bank account to feel 'normal'...it's almost like having the extra money is strange and I need rid of itStarted PADdin' 13/04/09 paid £7486.66 - CC free 02/11/10
