In "breakthrough" news though.....Mr Fresian and I shall be staying with my parents as a couple this time. For the first time in our ten year relationship! It appears as though Maw and Paw Fresian have finally reached the conclusion that we won't be getting married :rotfl:

LOL. Have a lovely time away.

Will hopefully catch up if another Edinburgh one!
I think we should arrange one anyway!

Have arrived in the Highlands where it is bl00dy freezing of an evening. We have had a low spendy day though - about £3 on drinks and crisps for the journey instead of the usual amount we would spend by having sandwiches. The car is down to a quarter of a tank though and it's £1.26 for a litre of diesel here :eek::eek:

In MSE news, I have £126 left in the bills account for this month, but the only bills still to be paid are our mobiles - £15 for Mr Fresian and £30.12 for me. I'm leaving the excess there at the moment as a wee cushion in case it's needed (Due to my Bad Budgeteering this month) but if I don't use it then 1/3 of the money will go to my debt and 2/3 will be put aside for use when I go to London. I'm hoping not to need a lot of spending money as I have already paid for the hotel/show/train. It will just be food and a little shopping.

Off to bed soon. Hope you have all had a nice Monday!

    Hi Flyin'!!

Where abouts in the Highlands are you? Been really foggy here and it's starting to freeze...the cost of diesal is kinda the same all over the area just now but if you're close to a 'big' city' then re-fuel at a supermarket (ASDA is usually the cheapest and if you're enywhere near Elgin that's your best bet for reasonable fuel!)

    Spends from yesterday...

£0.41 on a bottle of water. I think the price isn't too bad considering it's 1litre of sparkling water with a hint of orange :D

    Today...

£21ish in Burker King for 4 of us :o

    Hi Angelic *waves*

We're in Skye at the moment, so no chance of cheap fuel anywhere :( The weather has been lovely today though so it's been nice pootling about the island for once without the threat of rain/snow!

    Spends today:

    £20 diesel
£1.60 cup of tea and a pastry
£1.60 ice cream (Really sunny and unseasonably warm here, ice cream was required!)

I'm hoping to convince Mr Fresian to go home via [strike]Primark[/strike] Inverness but I'm not sure my argument will be strong enough :D
  • Glad to hear the weather is nice! :D

Primark usually has some nice manly combats...maybe that'll convince him?! :rotfl:
