  • I'm bedridden by hayfever at the moment (sniff). I love the warm weather but I hate having itchy eyes and a permanantly runny nose. Not a good look.

Regarding hairdye - my hairdresser told me a little trick that really works - if you have any of the original dye left, put some on cotton wool and rub it over the stained area. leave it for a minute (but don't let it dry) then wipe off with a baby wipe, make up remover or similar. It should come straight off. Apparently the dye 'unsets' itself so it's more easily removed.

Failing that they sell hair dye removing wipes in boots!

You can't give Schuh back your pretty shoes
(I skipped all the other posts after reading that so you have decided to keep them in which case you can ignore that comment! :D)

Anyway...I'm back again with another silly question...

My quidco money has been validated but I don't know what to do now. Do I wait until they send me an email asking for bank details? I looked the FAQ and all it said was it would be either paid into paypal or bank account dependiing on which I choose but I don't know when/how I'm supposed to choose?

I'm keeping the shoes, and selling the pair I got from Ebay that don't fit :D

Sign into Quidco and you should say an option for settings, you can amend your bank details there. The transaction/s can stay validated for ages (Took six months for one of mine) it's when they go to Received that you should get the money. Patience is key. I always go for the best deal, and if I get the cashback it's a bonus.

I wasn't expecting to get it straight away...I just wasn't sure how to get it. I'll go and amend my details just now! Thank You! :D

The reason I was asking is because I seen a pair of trainers in the Schuh sale and I'd really like to buy them...quidco are offering 7% cashback...I think I may get addicted to cashback :o

Already on sale I think....going to check that out later on. Need to be sensible and spend less this year though :D

    How was your holiday?

PS...if I don't post a reply quickly it's because I'm rinsing hair dye. Back soon!

Holiday was good thanks but not fun being back as I need to go to work tomorrow :(. I am counting down to the next one only 7 weeks to go.

Did you manage to get the hair dye out? I have managed to get it out with nail varnish remover before.

Not so far - I left the house yesterday smelling faintly of milk though as that's what one of my FBers advised :D It normally fades in a couple of days, I will have a long shower and scrub as best as I can, it will be fine! The only reason I was worried yesterday was because I was going to the supermarket and had a couple of red blobs on my head :rotfl:
