Morning all!
Hope everyone is wellEE - loved those little Fresian toys, really cute! What I adored though was the Fresian moneybank on the same page. I shall be adding that to my wishlist I think....although I do have quite a few piggy banks already
Speaking of piggy banks, I made my 2011 Sealed Pot last night and have already started adding to it. I ate my way through a 2 litre tub of ice cream (Oh, the hardship! It was low-fat though) and have sellotaped the lid on and wrapped it in Christmas paper then stabbed a hole in the top for coins. I'm going to be collecting everything apart from 50p coins in there as the hole I made wasn't big enough but I didn't want it to look messy :rotfl: I'll need to find the Sealed Pot challenge thread now
I had a lovely lunch yesterday with Pickle, I think it was some of the best Chinese food I have ever hadIt did break the budget a little, but as I said to her it was cheaper than me going to Primark on my own at lunchtime
My only other non-expenses spends yesterday was a book to read on the train, but it was half price to £3.99 and really good. I had nearly finished it by the time I got to Edinburgh!!
Money Stuff
I have spent £35 this morning - but Christmas is now officially sorted:j
I have been stalking the Amazon sale and managed to get some of those rechargable candle-esque lights for £20 instead of £45 for my best friend. She has wanted them for ages. I also got a Playstation game for Mr Fresian's best friend which was £15 instead of £50. Christmas? DONE!!
So, the accounts stand like this....
PAD/Spends - £167.68
Entertainment - £151.32 (To cover London and at least two dinners out...)
Groceries - £170
Purse - £5 (All change in Sealed Pot, around £5 from Manchester tip has gone in there!)
Credit card - £100 approx
Outstanding Loan - £230.62
I'm going to PAD some money to the loan tomorrow, then the rest of the PADding will go to the credit card until Mr Fresian's sister's rent comes in. That should clear them bothMy monthly loan payment on the 28th will take the loan balance outstanding below £100 anyway
It's all very exciting!!
