Awww shucks
In fairness, we did get lost trying to find the pub, but all was well in the end

Check out my new signature - I'm under £300 owing
I realised that all my direct debits have gone out and I still had over £70 left in the bills account, so I took the loan debt under £300 and put the rest into my Entertainment account to help pay for my London trip and for the (many) nights out I have planned in December.
I'm feeling really impatient now to get rid of the loan completely. I can almost hear the Countdown music in my head!

I'm updating my signature every day so I can see how close I am.
I'm thinking that I should be able to repay the loan at the end of the month, using my free overdraft to cover anything that's not in my savings account. I can then PAD to the overdraft. I need to remember that there's a penalty of about £70 for repaying early, which is a pain. I'm not debt-free till it's all gone, but it won't be long0 -
Woo hoo, Fresian!
Looking forward to seeing your message saying that you have paid it all off...so near, so close! Please call me 'Pickle'

Morning folks
I should probably have been in the shower by now but I'm having trouble pulling my head out of my bum this morning. All the travelling I've been doing is really catching up with me. I'm off to Newcastle for the day tomorrow too
The loan is ticking away nicely just now - still over £300 (Bah....damn interest) but only just. I don't think it will be under by payday though unless money falls from the sky. Still, a girl can dream :rotfl:
I'm up at this ungodly hour on a Saturday because Maw, Paw and Brother Fresian have descended upon my fair city for a visit. Paw and Brother are going to the rugby later (where I'm sure Scotland will be beaten by whomever we're playing) so I'll be entertaining Mama Fresian for the day. This will involve being dragged around every shop known to man. As the parental units live in the Middle Of Chuffing Nowhere, she likes to shop when she visits. I would rather poke my eyes out with blunt sticks than go o the shops on a Saturday, so I'll see how long it lasts for :rotfl:
Have a good Saturday all!
