I done all that crap and i pay all the banks at 10 per month but now i just want the money back as it was mines in the first place.
OK, you go to court, see what happens, and don't come on here whinging if you are lumped with a load of legal costs. We are not here to argue with you. You have taken the decision to go to court.
In the meantime, you still owe the bank(s) money, so given that you owe £10 per hour, I think paying £10 a month is completely reasonable. (Although you will tell me I'm wrong anyway)
Best Regards

So, you're a student of accountancy?
And can't manage a simple bank account?
And can't understand why they won't give you back money that's not yours?
You do realise if you f3ck things up royally financially now, you won't even be allowed to work in the industry probably don't you?0 -
It's true i did spend the money on crap and i totally hate it, i just want it to go away. Why do we pay wages into a bank account? The bank uses our money to pay people mortages, loans etc and give us a stupid interest rate when they spend our money but when we use their money we get charged extremely, ITS TOTALLY WRONG! That's the point
we? what wages are you paying in?
you didnt spend their money, you spent money you didnt have0
