OK, you go to court, see what happens, and don't come on here whinging if you are lumped with a load of legal costs. We are not here to argue with you. You have taken the decision to go to court.

In the meantime, you still owe the bank(s) money, so given that you owe £10 per hour, I think paying £10 a month is completely reasonable. (Although you will tell me I'm wrong anyway )
