bought a dress didn't notice a tear!

HI I bought a dress for the races on ebay at the beginning of the month it was brand new with tags and arrived quickly. I tried it on and liked it and put it away knowing it needed pressing. We go to the races on Saturday so took the dress to the shop to day for it to be pressed and the assistant called me up straight away…

Well got an email back from seller offering £4 I've said no explained the cost of repair and the fact that i wanted the dress for yesterday. I'll see what happens now - wish I'd just said no and sent it back to be honest, but thoght this way they'd be less hassle!
