Best Three Deal 8210 or 8138?

Hi guys
I'm looking for the best three deals around at the moment for either the 8120 or 8138 on Talk n Text 600 (500 mins + 100 txt)
I'm on Vodafone at the moment but only have Off Peak calls and don't really want to pay £20+ a month.
I usually use Dialaphone but they have changed their offer on the 8120 which was 12 months half price AND £50 cashback £130 to 6 months free so now it works out at £180. Plus I can get £40 refer a friend AND £10 online with them so I was looking at £80 before.
Can anyone else recommend a deal with this tariff and is it really worth paying the extra for the 8138 or stick with the 8120.
