    Thanks

As far as I was concerned at the time, they were not indicating to go right and as they were in the lane that only led to the M5(N), I had no reason to believe she was going to cut me up

Will see how it pans out anyway

I was well aware, I sounded by horn but they still hit me and if I had turned right quickly I'd have probably gone into a post on the grass verge or into the car on the right of me :(

There's only so much I can do if the car to the left decides to pull out, without indicating. This would mean that every time I overtake someone, I'd have to pray they don't decide to knock into me

same thing happened to me by the m4 in wales, i was in mid lane and some old div in a big merc in the out side lane. went round the round about passed 2 turnings went to turn off an he was still going round an hit the side of me.

I went nuts we had the kids in the car, fair play he held his hands up an said it was his fault. By what you have said an shown the pics its here fault 100%. So i wouldn't worrie or even think of going knock for knock.
