I don't want to put a dampner on your expected shopping but some of us with Co-op Cashminder Visa debit cards have managed to get to the same point as you and then on the day the shopping is due we had a phonecall to say that the card was refused at point of sale! So fingers crossed and I dearly hope that they hae sorted the problem but I would wait and see if it actually goes through after they have picked your shopping!

Due to be delivered tonight (8-10). Fingures crossed then. Thanks for the heads up MM. At least its Mrs F that has to answer the phone !!!
The cats might have to catch flys 2nite.
If a problem i could get off my lazy !!!! and drive they i suppose.
Its not the end of the world for me, but it is more convenient to use online once a month for all my cat needs and heavy stuff.I'm no expert, but i'll give you my opinion, my support and my experience. Its all i have.

On the back of a letter with the co-op visa welcome pack was this message:-
As there are overdraft restrictions on the account this card will only be accepted at retailers who can complete a real time check for funds
Some internet stores and remote or unmanned terminals (such as petrol pay-at pump and parking meters) cannot support this card because their systems are not able to immediatly check if funds are available in your account
So when you order online, your shopping is done by your local Tesco store who then put your card through their system. So could some Tesco’s sytems vary from store to store some ‘real time’ checks some not???"If wishes were horses, then beggars would ride"

I'm at a loss with the whole thing! Some people seem to have managed to shop and others (like me) have been refused! There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason! I'm just hoping that something has changed with Tesco's system - If Falze gets his/hers shopping then I'll give it another go! I await
Falze's confirmation that the shopping has arrived - My fingers and toes are getting numb from all the crossing!!!
