Has anyone heard anything recently about when the next ipod (ie 6th generation) might be released?

Was thinking about this the other day. They normally release them a year apart. Although to be honest struggling to see what the 6th generation will offer in addition to the 5th. Not like you need any more memory options than 60GB.....

But the beauty of iPod is that you have ALL your music in one place.
It's less than 1000 - I do use the top rate to rip them (320kB). And then I rip them again lower for my mobile phone.

It includes the first 75 "Now that's what I Call Music"'s that I "acquired".
I could chuck them - lol.

I suppose with memory so damn cheaper now the next Ipod may have a 100GB option.....wouldn't surprise me, especially if they make it able to store other functions/programes
